Please join the Sacramento Employer Advisory Council for our first in person Workshop in 2 years! We are excited to welcome two of our favorite speakers to present two very important topics to you, as well as give a brief COVID update.
Erica Rosasco will present The Top Ten Ways To Get Sued. During this seminar you will learn the most common ways an employer can be sued by their employees and how you can help prevent the high cost of litigation that can follow. You will be able to take this Top Ten List with you and implement the best practices to keep you and your employer litigation free in 2022.
Janelle Arsich will present on the Effective Supervisor. Having an effective supervisor is crucial to any company’s success. In this seminar, there are different aspects that will be discussed about how to maximize your supervising abilities. These include accepting responsibility, delegating work, defining job functions and promoting ownership, to name a few. Learn about leadership strategies and management styles to get the most out of your employees all while performing as a supervisor.

Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, Americans with Disability Act defense, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation.

Janelle has over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field as well as several years in business administration. Ms. Arsich’s focus is on employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, employee handbooks and legal compliance, to name a few of the many services she provides to her clients. Janelle has a Professional of Human Resources certification from UC Davis Extension and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Sacramento State.
