Ms. Rosasco represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, Americans with Disability Act defense, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation.
She is the Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council and a board member for the California Farm Labor Contractors Association.
Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley. She is a married mother of one active fifth grader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and listening to true crime podcasts.
