Erica Rosasco is a partner at McKague Rosasco in Roseville, California. She has received an “AV® Preeminent™” Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating entity. She also has been named for the last four years as a Super Lawyer of Northern California and as a Super Lawyer California Rising Star in 2015, Sacramento Magazine’s 2019, 2017-2016 Top Lawyers in Sacramento and a Who’s Who Top Attorney for 2016 and 2018. 

Ms. Rosasco represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, Americans with Disability Act defense, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation. 

She is the Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council and a board member for the California Farm Labor Contractors Association. 

Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley. She is a married mother of one active fifth grader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and listening to true crime podcasts.
