Mary Ann Romero

Mary Ann began her career at Metropolitan Property and Casualty in 1989 as an auto and home claim dispatcher. Dispatcher duties included assigned various appraisers to claims in multiple states for minor claims all the way to catastrophic claims.  She eventually began managing claims for various states across the United States. She was responsible for claim reporting, coverage determination, payments of claims, subrogation, and catastrophic claim handling. Mary Ann started her workers compensation career in 1992 while working as an agency claim manager. She was responsible for managing all property and casualty claims including workers compensation for Northern California clients. Pan American asked Mary Ann to join their team in 1998 as a Workers Client Relations Representative. Her responsibility was to establish claim and risk management services to various customers in California and Arizona. She eventually transitioned over to Pan American’s Claim manager and managed property casualty claims along with developing various claim products including injury risk management tools, employer training, cost containment, and settlement strategies to assist our customers.  Mary Ann continues to analyze workers compensation claims for the development of innovative tools that are applicable to today’s claim handing throughout California.

Ms. Rosasco litigates cases in the areas of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, Americans with Disability Act defense, wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act actions, business disputes, and breach of contract actions. She also provides advice and counsel to employers and businesses to avoid the high cost of litigation. 
She is the Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council and a board member for the California Farm Labor Contractors Association. 
Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley. She is a married mother of one active fifth grader. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and listening to true crime podcasts.
